Terms & Conditions
Warranty
All secondhand parts are pre-tested and packaged where possible.
A 30 day / 5000km warranty applies from the purchase date
to all goods sold, unless noted on invoice, but is limited
to faulty parts only and does not include labour costs or
freight.
Warranty covers replacement of parts only.
We will not except returns or refunds if customer changes
his/her mind or the part purchased fail to fix the problem
because of incorrect diagnosis.
Engines are sold as long bare and attacthed accessories are
not covered by warranty.
Warranty void if: failure occurs from lack of lubricants,
or faulty cooling system caused overheating, or incorrect
fitting or parts dismantled.
Rebuilt parts have a 6 month warranty.
Orders & Delivery
No goods will leave Justcomm Auto Salvage until they have been
paid for in full or prior arrangements have been made. If this
is the case, the item will remain the property of Justcomm Auto
Salvage until paid for in full.
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation
and acceptance by Justcomm Auto Salvage.
Justcomm Auto Salvage may vary prices in the event of price
changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice
to you.
If Justcomm Auto Salvage requests payment for increased prices,
you may cancel the order by giving notice to Justcomm Auto Salvage,
which must be received within seven days of the announcement
of the increase.
Justcomm Auto Salvage or its agent will deliver the goods you
order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed
time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are
not available you will be notified of this by Justcomm Auto
Salvage as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address
who receives the goods will be presumed by Justcomm Auto Salvage
to be authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate
age to receive and pay for the order, Justcomm Auto Salvage
may charge you additional delivery fees.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it
is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
Pictures & Images
Justcomm Auto Salvage aims to include up-to-date pictures of
all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the
goods may differ from the actual goods. We recommend you read
the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.
Return & Credit of Goods
All items are packed well to try and avoid damage during transit,
but once items leaves our warehouse they are the sole responsibilty
of the buyer and no refunds will be given for damaged or lost
items.
We take no responsibility for any lost or damaged items during
transit unless buyer pays additional cost for insurance.
We do not give any refunds, exchance only.
Buyer to pay return shipping costs in case of warranty claims.
Warranty does not cover labour Costs or freight costs.
The customer is responsible for the correct installation of
purchased components. Failure to correctly install components
is not a fault and is not covered by our warranty.
Justcomm Auto Salvage will not and cannot refund any shipping
charges and they are paid to couriers not us.
We will not give any refunds if the item is incompatable - only
exchange will be excepted.
Changes to Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when
the order is placed. Justcomm Auto Salvage may add to, delete
or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms
and conditions each time you place an order.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Justcomm Auto Salvage web site, you signify your
agreement with the Justcomm Auto Salvage Terms & Conditions
& Privacy Statement. If you are NOT able to agree with any
aspect of this policy, please do not use the Justcomm Auto Salvage
